Consulting Services The PPTA will require 25 person-months of international consultant services and 22 person-months of national consultant and 12 months for a project administration services as follows: (i) International trade adviser/Team Leader (11 person-months), (ii) International competition policy expert (4 person-months), (iii) International tax expert (4 person-months), (vi) International M&E expert (3 person-months), (v) two international SME finance experts (6 weeks each), (v) National gender expert (2-persons month), (vi) National trade specialist (4 person-months); (vii) National legal adviser to the MOC's Competition Law Working Group (12 person-months) and (viii) National legal adviser to the international competition law expert (4 person-months), and (ix) a National project administrative (12 persons-months). All the consultants will work on an intermittent basis. All consultants will be engaged individually through Individual Consulting Services (ICS).
