Description

The TA will assist the process of bond issuance for Nanjing's water utility, and will thus support the critical objective of encouraging sub-sovereign level borrowing in the commercial markets in the PRC. The TA will have three components: Companent A: Capacity Building for hte newly formed integrated water utility, Component B: Sustainable Credit Rating Agency Interface and Component C: Long Term Capital Finance Plan Implementation support focused on a Pilot Bond Issue Preparation.
