The total input of international and domestic consultants will be 9 and 24 person-months, respectively.

The following international experts will be required:

(i) Hydropower development specialist (2 person-months)

(ii) Financial analyst and financial management specialist (2 person-months)

(iii) Economist (1.5 person months)

(iv) Environmental specialist (1 person month)

(v) Procurement specialist (1.5 person months)

(vi) Social/Poverty specialist (1 person month)

The domestic consultants will include (person-months are in parentheses):

(i) Domestic Team Leader (4); (ii) three hydropower experts-hydrologist, hydro-mechanical and electromechanical experts (3 each); (iii) a financial analyst (3); (iv) an economist (2); (v) an environmental specialist (2); (vi) cost estimator and procurement specialist (2); and (vii) social/poverty expert (2)
