Description
The purpose of the TA is to (i) assist the EA in preparing the Project that will upgrade the Korle-Kuche section of the G314 Highway to a 4-lane expressway suitable for ADB financing; and (ii) review road issues and provide the basis for strengthening the ongoing policy dialogue with the Government.
