Summary

The goal of the TA is to promote sustainable development in PRC and to support the international endeavor to address the climate change concerns by promoting CDM projects and other climate change-related mitigation and adaptation projects and activities in PRC. The purpose of the TA is to help the Government set up the institutional framework and capacity of CDM Fund to initiate its operation.
