The technical assistance will prepare an investment project based on an assessment of the various urban infrastructure subprojects which will collectively improve the physical urban environment of Changchun and Yanji and the quality of life of their residents. The Project will enhance the quality of water resources, strengthen water supply, wastewater and domestic solid waste management, and improve the urban air quality.
