Summary

The impact of the proposed regional TA will help DMCs achieve MDG6, target 7: to have halted and begun to reverse the spread of HIV AIDS in Asia and the Pacific by 2015. Its outcome will be to develop ADB's knowledge base, capacity and practices for a more systematic and effective response to the AIDS epidemic in its core business areas.
