Summary

The goal is to improve the policy and strategic planning, and professional regional and subregional networks in post secondary science and technology education. The purpose is to build capacity in education line ministries and institutions in incorporating post secondary science and technology education in overall sector planning and monitoring, and improve program and delivery mechanisms, including exploring and piloting the potential of sub regional regional vertual networks in this field. Regional technical assistance, regional and subregional workshops, guidelines, planning manuals, and other appropriate toolkits and knowledge products (including for e learning) for use in planning for science and technology education by DMC Governments and their postsecondary education institutions and networks.
