Summary

Loan disbursement is a key element in the project cycle, and is one of the key indicators in measuring project implementation and resource transfers to DMCs. The SSTA seeks to continue ADB's efforts to ensure compliance with ADB's policies and procedrues and timely disbursement and repayment of loans and further strengthen the institutional capacity of EA's and borrowers in handling the Bank's disbursements and loan service payments.
