The TA will (i) review the road design standard, cost estimates, and project implementation schedueld; (ii) propose financing plan, contract packaging, and procurement mode; (iii) recommend institutional support investment; (iv) prepare initial environment examination for the first tranche project roads and an environmental framework; and (iv) subject to field verification, prepare land acquisition and resettlement plan for the first tranche project roads.
