During Project Design
During Project Implementation The plan of activies for 2011 include: a) the organization of a series of workshops and training on SME new regulations; b) support to the preparation of the SME White Paper 2010; c) software and hardware upgrade for the Business Portal (; d) possible support to build up website for The South SME Support Center.

Business Opportunities

Consulting Services Over the course of its implementaiton, 10 person-months of international consultants and 12 person-months of national consultants will be required. Whil the international private sector development specialist will coordinate field work by other consultants, ADB's project team leader will directly lead policy dialogues with the Government based on the consultants' outputs.
