Description

ADB has two main objectives for the proposed financing. The first is to foster BCC s SME financing and thus help the Government to move the economy to more influence of corporate and SME growth in the overall economy, away from the high dependence on natural resource industries. The second objective is to issue its first domestic bond in Kazakhstan and thereby establish a benchmark for AAA risk in the country and foster the development of the local bond market. Read More
