Implementation Progress
Description of Project Outputs The proposed TA will support Philippine government in development of the Phase 2 release of PhilGEPS, including Virtual Store, E payment, Charges and fees and E bidding. To ensure full integration, the systems developed under Phase 2 have to be built on the same technical platform that the systems developed under Phase 1. From technology standpoint, the specific outputs will include system design and development, system testing, including purchase of testing software and hardware (including peripherals and office suite software) to enable access through procurement service regional depots. To facilitate technology transfer and build awareness of the applications, project will support implementation of training of trainers. (1. Virtual store for common supplies, materials, and equipment is available for use, 2. Bid documents can be purchased online, 3. E-payment facility is operational, 4. E-bidding is operational, 5. Design and implementation of e-training program is completed)
