Summary

The main objective of the Project is to strengthen the capacity of DMCs to fina appropriate financing for infrastructure projects and to strengthen ADB's support for such activities and its capacity to link into such financing. The study will assess existing PPP procurement frameworks and their applicability to develop and implement an infrastructure financing platform. The TA will also provide resources to undertake platform development and to roll out the platform to selected DMCS.
