Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy It is expected that greater awareness as to the rights to complain about ADB projects or to hold ADB accountable for compliance will contribute to increase ADB staff awareness level on the AM and the rights of APs. This, in turn, may contribute to better project quality; improved development effectiveness and enhanced development results.
