Consulting Services The S-CDTA will require about 3 person-months inputs of international consultant with expertise in road sector and 3 person-months of national consultant with expertise in public or private management with experience. Since the size of each individual consultant input is small and the quality of each consultant is vital to the success of the project, consultants will be recruited as individuals rather than as a firm.
