Consulting Services

A team of international and national consultants will be engaged by ADB through a consulting firm, on the basis of the quality- and cost-based selection method with a quality of the proposal (90%) and the cost of services to be provided (10%), and a simplified technical proposal will be required in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2010, as amended from time to time). Two international consultants will provide a total of 8 person-months of services, and 5 national consultants will render a total of 16 person-months of services.

The consultants will perform their tasks in close consultation with MOR and other relevant agencies to ensure full acceptance of the outcome of the TA. The TA will require a total of 24 person-months of consulting services (8 person-months international and 16 person-months national) to be implemented over a period of 6 months, including fieldwork.

Procurement An advance payment facility could be used to procure equipment and conduct training seminars and conferences. Any procurement under this TA will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Procurement Guidelines (2010, as amended from time to time).
