Consulting Services Consultants (international and national) will be recruited as individuals, due to the highly specialized nature of the work (high-level transport data collection and anaysis, combined with policy dialogues with DMCs). All consultants will be engaged by ADB in accordance with its Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2010, as amended from time to time).
Procurement All procurement of goods and other services under the subproject will be done in accordance with ADB's Procurement Guidelines (April 2010, as amended from time to time).
