Business Opportunities

Consulting Services Consultants will be engaged through a firm. The TA will require 4 positions and 18 person-months (pm) of international consulting services, and 11 positions and 41 pm of national consulting services. ADB will select and engage consultants in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on Use of Consultants (2010, as amended from time to time). The quality-and cost-based selection method (quality cost ratio of 90:10), using simplified technical proposal procedures, will be followed.
