During Project Design A communication specialist is part of the PPTA team. He will be tasked to design a communication strategy to ensure stakeholders are informed and public awareness is raised on the project during design. He will also provide a communication strategy for the project implementation. Farmers of Project 1 and stakeholders will be involved in the project design.

Consulting Services A total of 40 person-months (p-m) of consulting services is provided, of which 15 pm are individually recruited international consultants and 25 pm national consultants through a firm. Consultant recruitment is completed and experts have already submitted the mid term report . The draft final report will be submitted on 20 March 2013.
