Consulting Services Five international consultants (total of 9 person-months) will be recruited by the ADB on an individual basis to implement activities. Consultants will be engaged using individual consultant selection in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants [2010 as amended from time to time]. Disbursements under the TA will be made in accordance with the ADB's Technical Assistance Disbursement Handbook (2010, as amended from time to time).
Procurement Equipment will be procured in accordance with ADB's Procurement Guidelines (2010, as amended from time to time), and will be duly handed over the government upon TA completion.
