Consulting Services The S-PPTA will recruit international and national individual consultants to assist in the due diligence and project documentation for supporting the National Community-Driven Development Program. It will require 6 person-months of international and 9.5 person-months of national consulting services. Recruitment of consultants will be sequenced to ensure timely delivery of ADB support. The following consultants will be engaged before end of January 2013: (i) Safeguards Specialist (environment), 2 person-months; (ii) Safeguards Specialist (resettlement/ IP), 2 person-months; and (iii) Procurement Specialist, 2.5 person-months. The rest will be engaged by February.
