Progress Toward Outcome Govt and devt partners have been consistently involved in discussions, interviews and analysis related to the various sectors presented in the report. The report was validated in a multi-stakeholder workshop and also through rigorous review and feedback process.

Consulting Services Consultants' inputs will approximately amount to: 30 days over an 11 month period for the International Coordinator. The consultant will report to SEOD Social Development Specialist (GAD) on a regular basis on the progress of the deliverables. The consultant is required to hold an advanced university degree in Gender and Development, Social sciences or in any other closely related field. S/he must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in social development, particularly in the field of gender and development. S/he must have a proven track record of providing technical guidance and support to governments and international agencies on gender and development analysis, strategies and plans. The consultant is required to have knowledge and skills in gender/ social analysis and excellent ability to analyze and synthesize vast amounts of information. S/he should have excellent inter-personal, negotiations and advocacy skills and experience and capacity to transfer knowledge and undertake and facilitate training events. S/he should have an excellent ability to work in different cultural contexts and in politically sensitive situations. The National logistics and administrative consultant will be engaged for 20 days and will be based in Yangon with travel to Nay Pyi Taw, as required. The National logistics and administrative consultant will be responsible for supporting the organization of the printing and production of the Gender Situation Analysis report, the associated advocacy materials and the multi-stakeholder workshop. The national consultant will be hired by the International Coordinator.
Procurement All supplies and services financed from the technical assistance will be procured in accordance with ADB's Guidelines for Procurement.
