Approaches for strengthening international connectivity programs are aligned wiht MP3EI and RPJMN 2015-2019

Status of Implementation Progress (Outputs, Activities, and Issues) The consultant team is now complete as the team leader, i.e. Senior Infrastructure Advisor, is on board. The EA, with assistance from the consultant team, has reviewed the original terms of reference of the TA. The assessment recommends revision to the language of Output 2 to reflect post completion of RPJMN 2015-2019 and outdated MP3EI circumstances. Approval for this revision is being sought and upon approval, the Output 2 will be rephrased and some milestone activities will be adjusted.

During Project Design Stakeholder consultations during technical assistance design were limited to the implementing agency, BAPPENAS, and the Indonesian Embassy to ASEAN. These are the key stakeholders in this analytic technical assistance.
During Project Implementation During implementation stakeholder workshops and discussion groups will be conducted with those government agencies who are responsible for implementing elements of national policy and infrastructure under the Master Plan for ASEAN Connectivity.
Business Opportunities
Consulting Services The S-CDTA will support 10 person-months of consulting services comprising 6 person-months international and 4 person-months national services. All consultants will be engaged on an intermittent basis. International consulting services will be required for: (i) senior economist/planner; (ii) ASEAN trade and service industry specialist; and )iv) labor and migration specialist. National consulting services will be required for: (i) an economist; and (ii) a communications and facilitation specialist. The consultants will be engaged as individuals in accordance with the ADB Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2013, as amended from time to time)
