Consulting Services The individual consultants three international (10 person-months in total, Public Sector Debt Management Specialist, Public Sector Financial Management Specialist, and Sovereign Wealth Fund Management Specialist) and three national consultants (20 person-months in total, Public Sector Debt Management Expert, Public Finance Information Technology (IT) Expert, and Sovereign Wealth Fund Expert) will be individually selected and engaged by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in accordance with the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2013, as amended from time to time).
Procurement Purchase of equipment will be done in accordance with ADB's Procurement Guidelines (2013 as amended from time to time).
