During Project Design Extensive consultations were conducted with various stakeholder groups during project processing.
During Project Implementation The MFF and its first tranche was approved in December 2016. Continues efforts were made to engage stakeholders during implementation.
Business Opportunities
Consulting Services For processing the first tranche, the PPTA engaged 8 international consultants for 16 person-months and 12 national consultants for 29 person-months total in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2013, as amended from time to time), and proceeds will be disbursed in accordance with ADB's Technical Assistance Disbursement Handbook (2010, as amended from time to time). Consultants for were also engaged to process the second tranche.
