Preparation of the plan is underway. A consultant team has been fielded for inception missions and the inception report and baseline assessments are expected in October 2017.

A review of current MAFF data collection and reporting systems is underway and will identify required steps to strengthening reporting. Design of pilot activities is also underway with the aim of beginning pilot activities in Q4 2017.

Support is being provided to ACTL. A minor change in implementation arrangements was made to enable the TA to support some training activities in July 2017 and to be more flexible in supporting the association's planned activities, including the second national coffee festival, coffee quality competition, and origin tour, which will take place in October 2017.
