Project Outputs

At the end of the Project, we expect that the improvement of municipal service delivery will contribute to ADB's goal of reducing poverty in the region.

This will be supported by the Project's outputs:

  • Inception Report
  • Established communication lines
  • Completed process maps and analyzed municipal services
  • Formulated and adopted change proposals to improve municipal services
  • Established benchmarking partners and networks
  • Community feedback through Report Card Surveys
  • Biannual Progress Reports
