Description
Technical assistance report for the 2007-2009 Orientation Program for Officials of the Asian Development Bank's Developing Member Countries. The program will continue to give DMC officials a better understanding of ADB's changing role in the Asia and Pacific region, and to provide opportunities for participants to (i) learn more about ADB policies, procedures, and activities in their countries; (ii) upgrade their skills in development planning and project management; and (iii) meet and strengthen relationships with ADB staff and counterpart DMC officials.
