This document sets the policy and procedural framework for the Peoples Development Plan types for Additional Financing of Agriculture and Rural Development Project in Mongolia and describes the strategy to be followed in defining different Indigenous Peoples Development Plan types fitting the degree of impact intensity and relative vulnerability of affected communities.
