Description

This amendment to the loan agreement (Special Operations) dated 17 June 2009 for the Clean Energy and Access Improvement Project between the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Asian Development Bank provides a minor change in project scope to provide for connection of the primary substations at Katunayake, Nawala, Kiribathgoda, Kotikawatta, and Hikkaduwa to the grid; and augment Kelaniya grid substation to supply Kiribathgoda primary substation.
