Description
The report and recommendation of the president for the proposed Second Road Network Development Investment Program in Azerbaijan describes the terms and conditions for the approval of ADB's Board of Directors.
The investment program will construct an approximately 63 km section of the motorway between Masalli and Shorsulu, along the South–North corridor of the country. It also includes a nonphysical investment component for road safety improvement and capacity development. The investment program is a government priority and is included in the Asian Development Bank’s country operations business plan for Azerbaijan for 2012–2014.
