Description
The International and domestic consultants engaged under the TA will review the bidding documents to be issued for the Project to incorporate the best international practices. The objective of the TA is to provide advisor assistance to strengthen the institutional capability of MEP, PBC, SPC and other national and provincial agencies concerned in processing BOT projects using competitive bidding and international best practices.
