Description
Addendum 3 to the land acquisition and resettlement plan (phase 1) for the CAREC Corridor 3 (Dushanbe-Uzbekistan Border) Improvement Project in Tajikistan covers new impacts in certain stretches of sections A, B and C and of the four lane and remaining two lane portions of section D, including additional land requirements for the additional irrigation canals and culverts requested by the communities. Detailed design for these sections has now been completed and new impacts are fully assessed.
This Addendum 3 to the Land Acquisition and Resettlemetn Plan (LARP) Phase 1 aims to document the land acquisition resettlement implact on the newly identified and iteratively affected entities, and validate their entitlements based on the matrix used for the Phase 1 LARP.
