Description
This Report and Recommendation of the President describes terms and conditions proposed for the Coastal Climate-Resilient Infrastructure Project in Bangladesh, for the approval of the Board of Directors of ADB. This document is being disclosed to the public prior to Board consideration in accordance with ADB’s Public Communications Policy (2011). Subject to any revisions required following Board consideration, this document is deemed final.
The project, while enhancing the longevity and sustainability of infrastructure, will improve livelihoods in 12 rural coastal districts of Bangladesh which are vulnerable to climate variability and change.
