The report and recommendation of the president for the proposed Comprehensive Agricultural Development Project in the People's Republic of China describes the project terms and conditions for the approval of the Board of Directors of ADB.

The project will support the government’s comprehensive agricultural development (CAD) program in five provinces (Anhui, Heilongjiang, Henan, Jilin, and Yunnan) and one autonomous region (Ningxia Hui) to improve agricultural productivity and enhance the nation’s food security.
