This document is a summary of proceedings for the Conference on Impact Evaluation: Methods, Practices, and Lessons held last 11 July 2012 in the ADB Headquarters. The conference brought together impact evaluation experts from the region and around the globe to discuss best practices in conducting impact evaluation, how methodologies are applied in sector studies, and the lessons learned from impact evaluation studies.
