Description
A draft energy strategy for consideration by the GMS Government Ministers was the primary output for this TA. A publication entitled, "Building a Sustainable Energy Future: The Greater Mekong Subregion," was prepared and widely distributed to key stakeholders and decision makers, and is available for download from the ADB website. This technical assistance completion report summarizes expected impacts, outcomes, outputs, assessments and ratings, lessons, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
