Description
The spot review for Loan 2371-SRI (SF) and Grant 0091-SRI: Education for Knowledge Society Project identifies project strengths, vulnerabilities, and risks in the areas of internal controls, procurement, financial management, and asset inspection based on a review sample of six contracts. The recommendations are intended to assist the Project Management Office and provincial project management offices to prevent and mitigate fiduciary risks; and to improve project management, and project implementation.
