Description
The TA was essentially designed for building capacity at NHAI in the area of financial management. It was also designed for making necessary adjustment to the current organizational structure of NHAI. The TA consists of two phases: Phase I includes capacity building for (i) facilitating fund mobilization, (ii) enhancing treasury function, and (iii) improving the financial reporting system, while Phase II includes a development of alternative forms of the organization of NHAI.
