Description
The expected impact of the RETA was to increase the pro-poor emphasis in DMC policies and projects. The intended TA outcome was to strengthen awareness and institutional capacity of ADB and DMCs to use the knowledge generated from NPRS-PRF projects for pro-poor policy and project development.
