Description
The report and recommendation of the president for the proposed Fifth Health Sector Development Project in Mongolia describes the terms and conditions for the approval of ADB's Board of Directors.
The project will improve patients’ and health workers’ safety in hospitals in Mongolia. It will (i) improve the safety of blood transfusions, (ii) strengthen medical waste management, and (iii) prevent and control hospital-acquired infections. It complements previous ADB initiatives in the health sector in Mongolia.
