Description
This report is the second administrative report for ADB RETA 6337/RETA 6493 - Gender-Responsive Decentralized Governance in Asia. The report describes and discusses progress in the tasks achieved from January 2011 to July 2011 based on the project design and monitoring framework and work plan. The report also covers forward planning for activities for the next reporting phase commencing in August 2011 - December 2011. It notes the problems encountered and possible actions to be undertaken to remedy obstacles and achieve the specified tasks.
