Description
This report is the first administrative report for ADB RETA 6337/RETA 6349 - Gender-Responsive Decentralized Governance in Asia. The report presents progress in the tasks achieved from June 2009-December 2010 based on the project design and monitoring framework as well as the work plan. The report also covers forward planning for activities for the next reporting phase commencing in January 2010-July 2010. It notes the problems encountered and possible actions to be undertaken to remedy obstacles and achieve the specified tasks.
