Description
This environmental management plan for the Kaysone Phomvihane subproject consolidates the five EMPs that were originally prepared for the five infrastructure investments of the subproject. The EMP for Kaysone is one of three EMPs that have been prepared for the three subprojects of the Corridor Towns Development Project in Lao PDR. The EMP provides the regulatory framework and guidelines governing the investments under the subproject as well as mitigation plan for potential impacts.
