This environmental management plan for the Phine subproject is one of three EMPs that have been prepared for the three subprojects of the Corridor Towns Development Project (CTDP) in Lao PDR. It provides the regulatory framework and guidelines governing the investments under the subproject as well as mitigation plan for potential impacts.
