This provides the report and recommendation of the president (RRP) on (i) a proposed loan, (ii) a proposed grant, and (iii) proposed administration of a grant to be provided by the Urban Environmental Infrastructure Fund under the Urban Financing Partnership Facility to the Lao People’s Democratic Republic for the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) East-West Economic Corridor Towns Development Project. This is one of three projects for GMS corridor towns; the others will be in Cambodia and Viet Nam. The RRP describes the project terms and conditions for the approval of ADB's Board of Directors.
