Under the Greater Mekong Sub-region Flood and Drought Risk Management and Mitigation Project (hereinafter referred to as Project), the subproject "Upgrading and rehabilitation of four primary canals in Plain of Reeds" aims to address the constraints of drainage capacity and provide water for four primary canals, namely: Khang Chien, Thong Nhat, Tan Cong Chi-Doc Vang Ha, Cai Cai of Tan Hong, Hong Ngu, Tam Nong, Thanh Binh districts, Dong Thap province.
