The third external monitoring report on resettlement and ethnic minority development plan implementation for the Phu Tho Province under the GMS Kunming-Hai Phong Transport Corridor - Noi Bai-Lao Cai Highway Project (Viet Nam Component) presents the outstanding issues during the second monitoring batch, and new arising problems and findings in this monitoring batch. It also presents achievements in solving complaints and grievances of affected households in the 26 affected communes of 7 districts in Phu Tho province.
