Description
The Project2 has two country components, one for Cambodia and the other for Viet Nam. The main objectives of the Project were to encourage traffic and trade flows between Cambodia and Viet Nam by improving the highway link between Phnom Penh and HCM City; improving facilities at the border crossing; and facilitating Government efforts to reduce bureaucratic and procedural constraints to cross-border trade.
